Join Us

Hi Canada - our new friend Katie Stelmanis just laid down vocals for the new tune "Royal Swan" that will appear on our new LP "The Chemistry of Common Life" that will be out in October 2008 on XXXXXXX Records! Check out this intense preview for her video:

You can check out the full video and some other songs on her myspace right here. Her record came out on The Blocks Record Co-operative, just like one of ours did.

Remeber the other day when I told you about the other guests we've been having in? I bet you didn't think I meant Damian and Jonahs highschool music teacher, but thats EXACTLY what I meant - check out the proof:

Lastly for SCOTTISH PEOPLE - we are playing T in the Park this year. More info later.

Things Change

2002:

2008:

Or do they.

Like to get to know You

We've always thought that the best way to get to know someone is by talking to them. Since there is no way in hell that we would ever talk to any of you freaks
we figured the next best way is to carefully listen to all the mixtapes we've done. Since they are all out of press (actually you can still get #2 from us on tour [but don't make eye contact] or from Deranged Records), we decided to make them available (again) through this website.

Feel free to share these and re-up them. The 3rd one is due in the fall.

FAIR

Hey dudes, we're almost done recording our new record. We're at the stage where we are bringing in special guests, like jonah's highschool music teacher (no shit), and these cool dudes:

(again, no shit).

Expect a killer announcement concerning the release of this record in a few days - the lovers will love and the haters will hate.

Also, some kid set up a FU message board, so why not go talk about it there?

HERO

"The world is about to end in 2012… ’cause the Mayans made calendars, and they stop at 2012. I got encyclopedias on the bus. The world is about to end as we know it. You can see it already. A planet doesn't exist - there's no more Pluto. Planes are flying into buildings - and not just the Twin Towers. Mosquitos bite you and you die. And a black man and a woman are running for president."

Toronto

Hey Toronto, we love you. Great show on Tues.

Remember $100? We like them too. They have some things happening this week. Here is the info:

Punchclock is throwing two shows this weekend in conjunction with the art exhibit "Shawn Brant IS No Criminal."
Both shows are sliding scale $5- $1500 (it's a fund raiser- give it up). Bring $$$$ to buy art. Money goes to Mohawk Activist Shawn Brant who is facing long jail time and a multimillion dollar law suit for participating in a blockade last June. The blockade was erected on the rails between Montreal and Toronto on the Aboriginal Day of Action to call attention to Aboriginal poverty land claims that go un-honored by the Canadian government. See www.punchclock.org for more info.
